Home Inspection

After your offer to purchase a home is accepted, you will likely want to schedule a home inspection. Home inspections are intended to help you determine if there are any structural deficiencies or safety hazards on the property.

Typically, home inspections are a buyer’s expense. You choose who will perform any inspections. Usually, there is a negotiated window of time in which all inspections must be completed. Any requests to the seller must also be made within this time and must be done in writing.

A termite inspection is typically a seller paid service and a report will be given to you before closing.

A list of qualified home inspectors is available for current clients. Please CONTACT us for more information.
